Unlike JSON.stringify(auth), this preserves authorizationToken so the
result can be serialized, parsed, and passed back to
PartnerAccountInfo.setAuth().
The returned value is raw bearer-token material. Store it only in encrypted
or otherwise credential-grade durable storage, and never log it.
